  2. The Company may amend these Terms so long as applicable law is not violated.
  3. If the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the effective date, reason for amendment, and key changes together with the current version.
  4. If the amendment materially affects users or is unfavorable to them, the Company may provide earlier or more prominent notice.
  5. If a user continues using the Service after an amended version takes effect, the user may be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms, except where separate consent is legally required.

Article 5 (Account registration and management)

  1. A user may apply for membership by completing the sign-up flow and agreeing to these Terms and relevant policies.
  2. The Company generally accepts registration unless:
    • false or stolen information was used,
    • registration would materially interfere with service operations or security, or
    • the applicant has a history of violating law or these Terms.
  3. Members must keep account information accurate and up to date.
  4. Members are responsible for managing their own accounts and must notify the Company immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

Article 6 (Service contents and changes)

The Company may provide, among other things:

  • YouTube Shorts/channel search and analytics
  • Trend keywords, content insights, and AI-assisted tools
  • Saved channels/videos, dashboards, and management features
  • Credit-based features and paid subscriptions
  • Other functions newly developed or offered through partnerships

The Company may change part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will provide notice for material changes.

Article 7 (Paid services and contract formation)

  1. A paid-service contract is formed when the user completes the purchase flow designated by the Company and payment is successfully completed.
  2. Paid-service type, pricing, scope, and usage conditions are governed by the service screen, checkout screen, and product information page.
  3. The Company may set separate rules for promotions, coupons, test products, or beta offerings.
  4. Overseas subscriptions or payments may be processed through external checkout such as Creem. In that case, invoice, tax, refund, or billing-entity information may be shown according to that infrastructure.
  5. Domestic or certain one-time payments may be processed through PortOne or another provider designated by the Company.

Article 8 (Subscriptions, recurring billing, and cancellation)

  1. Subscription services are offered on a monthly recurring-billing basis. Billing date, amount, and active plan are shown in the checkout and account screens.
  2. Before payment, the user must review:
    • price and currency,
    • billing cycle,
    • whether recurring billing applies,
    • cancellation method, and
    • refund rules.
  3. Users may cancel through the subscription-management features or support channel offered by the Company.
  4. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation generally stops future billing from the next billing date, while already paid service remains available until the end of the paid period.
  5. Upgrade, downgrade, discount, pause/resume, and similar billing rules may vary depending on Company policy or the payment provider and are controlled by the relevant payment/account screens.

Article 9 (Credits)

  1. Credits are granted according to the Company's paid or promotional policies.
  2. Credits are deducted when the designated paid features are used.
  3. Unless separately stated, purchased credits remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
  4. Promotional or free credits may be subject to different expiration dates or restrictions.
  5. If an account is deleted or terminated for withdrawal, abuse, or violation of these Terms, unused credits may expire except where law requires otherwise.

Article 10 (Withdrawal and refunds)

  1. Users may request withdrawal from purchase or a refund within the scope permitted by applicable law.
  2. Unless a separate refund policy applies, purchased credits are refundable in full within 7 days of payment if no credit usage has occurred.
  3. Refunds may be restricted where:
    • any credits have already been used,
    • the value of the digital service has already been materially consumed,
    • only promotional/free credits are being claimed, or
    • applicable law or payment-provider policy limits the refund.
  4. Subscription refunds may vary based on applicable law, payment-method policy, whether use has started, and whether benefits were already granted. Users must review the rules presented before checkout.
  5. Refund inquiries may be sent to [email protected] or the in-service support route.

Article 11 (User obligations and prohibited acts)

Users must not:

  • submit false information or use another person's information,
  • interfere with service operations or systems,
  • generate abnormal traffic through automation or abusive means,
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party,
  • generate, request, or attempt to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual synthetic media or deepfakes of real persons, or any content intended to sexually harass or humiliate any individual, using the Service's AI image, video, thumbnail, story, or other generative features,
  • generate, request, or attempt to generate content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity using the AI generation features,
  • submit jailbreak, "uncensored", "no filter", "unfiltered", "NSFW", "18+", or similar prompts intended to bypass safety filters,
  • violate law, public order, or these Terms, or
  • transfer, sell, lend, or otherwise commercialize accounts, credits, or outputs without permission.

The Company may block such prompts in advance, remove generated outputs, reclaim credits, suspend accounts, and disable payment capabilities, and may report violations to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. The Company may rely on third-party content moderation systems (including moderation APIs provided by its payment processor) to screen user prompts before generation.

Article 12 (Restriction or termination)

  1. The Company may restrict use of the Service or terminate the agreement if the user violates law or these Terms.
  2. In cases such as fraudulent payments, refund abuse, account theft, or abnormal automation, the Company may take urgent action without prior notice.
  3. The Company will explain the reason for restriction or termination to the extent reasonably possible.

Article 13 (Intellectual property)

  1. Rights in the Service, software, UI, text, images, databases, and other materials created or owned by the Company belong to the Company or the rightful owner.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially use materials obtained through the Service without prior approval.
  3. Rights and responsibility for materials uploaded or entered by the user remain with that user, and the Company uses them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Article 14 (Limitation of liability)

  2. To the extent allowed by law, liability may be limited for free services.
