Yes. You can get started without one. Without a personal key, searches use the shared system key (Free 5/day · Paid 7/day, 5CR each). Registering your own key reduces search cost to 2CR and removes daily limits.

You receive 50 credits at sign-up, and new users also get a 3-day Pro trial. Even on the Free plan, you can use viral search, channel explorer, trend keywords, and AI tools, though some usage limits apply. Paid plans mainly add monthly credits, channel explorer filter/sort, and top-up bonuses.

Please check the following: 1) Is the keyword too specific? 2) Is the minimum view filter set too high? 3) Is the time period too short? If still no results, your API quota may be exceeded. Registering a personal API key is recommended.

The first search calls the YouTube API and may take some time. However, the same search term is cached for 8 hours, making re-searches much faster. Using cached results also saves your API quota.

Popular Shorts by region are automatically collected every day at 6am. All users can check daily trends with no limits, and AI insights are available for video analysis (credits consumed).

Gemini AI analyzes YouTube trends and automatically generates keywords. All users can view trend keywords, and detailed analysis is available via the Creator Insights feature (credits consumed).

Click "Library" in the left menu or the library icon at the top of the dashboard to view saved videos. Features for managing them including adding notes, categorizing, and bulk deletion are also provided.

ViralPulse offers a variety of AI content creation tools including script rewriting (3CR), scene image generation (paid 4CR · free 7CR per image), thumbnail generation, TTS voice generation, story mode, shopping producer, dubbing, and video composition. Credit costs for each tool are shown before execution.

AI analyzes the original video's script and rewrites it in a new style. Select a video from search results or your library, then run the "Script Rewriting" feature. Each use costs 3CR.

Scene images are AI-generated visuals for each scene in your script (paid plans 4CR/image, Free plan 7CR/image). Thumbnail generation creates click-worthy thumbnails tailored to your video using AI. Credit costs vary by generation options and are shown before execution.

TTS converts your written script into AI-generated voice audio. You can choose from various voices and tones, and download the generated audio files. Credit costs vary depending on the selected options.

Shopping Producer is an AI tool for automatically creating product showcase videos. It combines scripts, scene images, and voice to produce complete Shorts videos. Video composition is the final step that merges all assets into a single video.

There are 4 plans: Free, Lite ($3.99/mo, 300CR), Standard ($6.99/mo, 700CR), and Pro ($16.99/mo, 2,300CR). All plans provide access to the same features — the differences are in monthly credits, channel explorer filter/sort access, and top-up bonus rates. Users in Korea are billed in KRW via KakaoPay (Lite ₩4,900/mo, Standard ₩9,900/mo, Pro ₩24,900/mo).

A 3-day Pro trial starts automatically when you sign up. You can use all Pro features during the trial, but top-up bonuses do not apply. After the trial ends, you are automatically switched to the Free plan with no charge.

With Creem (USD) billing, you can upgrade to a higher plan instantly from the subscription page at any time; to downgrade, cancel your current subscription first, then sign up for the desired plan after the current period ends. KakaoPay subscriptions (Korea) require cancelling and resubscribing to change plans, and your remaining subscription period is preserved after cancellation.

International users are billed in USD via international cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through the Creem.io payment system. Users in Korea are billed in KRW via KakaoPay recurring payments. Billing renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time.

Credits are points consumed when using AI features (Creator Insights, video analysis, script rewriting, etc.). You receive 50 credits upon sign-up and 2 additional credits daily upon login.

Credits are deducted automatically per feature. For example, YouTube search costs 5CR without an API key or 2CR with one, deep video analysis 2CR, channel analysis 5CR, AI insights 5CR, and script rewriting 3CR. Scene images, thumbnails, TTS, and video composition vary by the selected generation options, and the required credits are shown before execution.

If you run out, AI features will be limited until you top up more credits. If you are on a paid plan, you can also wait for the next monthly refill on your billing date.

Top-up credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Subscription credits are refilled on your billing cycle and are tracked separately from top-up credits.

We offer 300+75 bonus (₩6,000), 600+150 bonus (₩12,000), 1,200+450 bonus (₩24,000), 2,300+1,200 bonus (₩45,000), and 5,000+2,250 bonus (₩99,000) packages. Paid subscribers receive additional plan bonuses on top (Lite +5%, Standard +10%, Pro +15%).

Credit top-ups support both domestic (KRW) and international (USD) payments. Domestic payments are processed via KakaoPay, while international cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are processed in USD via Creem.io. All payment details are encrypted and processed securely.

Topped-up credits are valid for 365 days. Credits not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

A full refund is available within 7 days of payment if topped-up credits were never used. Partial refunds are generally not available after any usage. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Create a project in Google Cloud Console (console.cloud.google.com), enable YouTube Data API v3, and generate an API key. You can receive a free daily quota of 10,000. See the Settings page for a detailed guide.

If your personal API key's daily quota (10,000) is exhausted, searches with that key will pause until Google resets the quota. You can rotate across multiple active keys or wait for the next reset.

Yes. You can register multiple YouTube API keys. Any active, healthy keys can be used automatically for search.

In Settings > API Key Management, you can add a new key or edit, disable, or delete existing ones. To switch keys, add the new key first, then disable the old one.

ViralPulse is currently designed in dark mode. Light mode support will be added in the future.

You can set email notification preferences and frequency on the Settings page. Selectively enable or disable specific items such as trend alerts and channel updates.

You can reset or change individual items on the Settings page. Individual management including API key deletion and channel list reset is available.

ViralPulse applies industry-standard security protocols (HTTPS, encryption, CSP, etc.) to keep your information safe. API keys and personal information are encrypted and stored, and are not shared with third parties.

Click the "Delete Account" button on the Settings > Account Management page. All data (library, search history, channels, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Click the profile icon in the top right and select "Logout".
